Product images are provided for catalog purposes. Colours may vary slightly between screens and physical products. Prices, sizes and availability are subject to confirmation before payment.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed when Master Cares Ventures has confirmed the product, quantity, price, delivery arrangements and applicable payment terms with the customer.

Payment

Customers will receive payment instructions from Master Cares Ventures after the order is confirmed. Never send a MoMo PIN, card PIN, CVV, password or one-time password to us through WhatsApp or this website.

Delivery

For available products, the estimated delivery time is same day in Accra and 24 to 72 hours for other regions in Ghana after order and payment confirmation. Pre-order items have an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Actual timing may vary due to product availability, location and circumstances outside our control.

Customized and Pre-Order Items

Customized and pre-order products are subject to agreed specifications, production or sourcing timelines and payment terms.
